1. Usage & Reproduction Rights: Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or adaptation of my artwork—whether in digital, print, or AI forms—is prohibited unless authorized in writing. All rights to the original works remain with the artist.
2. Commissions
I reserve the right to refuse or reject any commission request that does not align with my artistic style, vision, or values. If I determine that I am unable to fulfill a commission, I will notify you as soon as possible.
If your commission is accepted, a nonrefundable $50 down payment will need to be paid in full for me to start painting, once a design and price are negotiated. Deposit goes toward total cost. Total will need to be paid in full once commission is finished, before shipping or at pick up.
3. Shipping, Fulfillment, and Damages
Once an order is placed, I will ship your product within 1-5 business days. All items are carefully packaged to ensure their safe arrival, however, I am not responsible for any damages or delays that occur during shipping. In the event that your order is damaged or delayed in transit, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. I will, of course, assist as much as I can in resolving any issues.
